Senior Full Stack Developer (Team Lead). Company: Leveraged Growth Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kolkata (Work from Office). Job Type: Full-Time. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to take on a Team Lead role. Key Responsibilities - Team & Delivery Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, plan sprints, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders. Development: Design and build scalable full stack applications using NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL; Frontend: React or Next.js, TypeScript. Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployment, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), monitor system performance. Required Skills: 5-7 years of experience in full stack development, prior team leadership experience, strong proficiency in Backend (NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL), Frontend (React/Next.js, TypeScript), CI/CD, Docker, AWS/Azure, Git, testing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Pay: Rs 23,000 - 27,000 per month. Work Location: In person.
